CHECK IN:
You start your journey every wednesday after a day's tour of Delhi and check-in at 4pm at Delhi Safdarjung Railway Station. After a special welcome on boarding, you settle into your compartment and your journey begins with a gentle turn of the wheels. The Palace On Wheels now takes you through the majestic terrain of Rajasthan.
The first stop is next morning (Thursday), at Jaipur, the Pink City where you will visit Jodhpur, Udaipur, Bharatpur, Sawai Madhopur, Jaisalmer, and more. The journey winds up at Agra, the land of the Taj Mahal. From Agra, the train proceeds back to Delhi where your magical journey ends.
In addition to the impeccable Taj Mahal you will also enjoy some of the most breathtaking monuments in Rajasthan. These include Amber Fort, Jaipur City Palace, Lake Palace, Jag Mandir, Mehrangarh Fort, Patwon-ki-Haveli, and many more. Rajasthan is also a great place to observe the rich wildlife of India.
